March, 2008 Monthly Board of Directors Meeting Tuesday, April 8. The Board meets at 7:00 p.m. the second Tuesday of every month in the cafeteria of Fort Zumwalt South Middle School. Residents are welcome to attend. Annual Garage Sale Saturday, April 12. From 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). $5.00 fee per residence will be collect the day of the sale.
